I was a patient at the scar clinic directed by Dr Ozag and the assistant physician was blond lady. I was left in room for over 30 minutes. I assumed they may have forgotten. I opened the the to see Dr Ozag and assistant talking, and the assistant screamed that they were with a patient. I was shocked. I have never felt more disrespected and humiliated in my life. However, the worst was to come. The assistant intentionally incorrectly injected my scars further damaging my scars.
