My 92 year old mother arrived 30 minutes early for her appointment to aleivate toe nail discomfort. She was told to fill out the neccessary forms by the office staff and although she had gotton through most of the questions, that she would need help with a couple of questions. At that point, she was told in a rather mean way, 'you can't be expected to be seen without the completed forms', she was reschedule in 3 weeks and told to fill out the forms at home. She left shaken. Her friend also has found a different podiatris due to the unfriendly atmosphere of this office.
