I have worked with Dr. McElwain at 3 different Mental Heath facilities. And have known him professionally 37 years. He listens to his clients. Friendly, courteous, kind. He is extremely smart and knows all medications well. Easy to talk to and he explains in way to understand illnesses and medication useage. Very extremely knowledgeable with mental Heath issues, alcoholic and substance abuse. Along with autism. And probably much more than I know of. F. Have never had a problem with him. Question belongs about staff. I’ve had appears problems with messages getting to him and with staff getting me scheduled to see or talk with him since September 2022. Doc I hope you see this. Much I need to tell you. I’m not getting scheduled to see you.where I signed up September’22 no scheduled Dr. appointment. Only talked with nurse. Also contacted another facility you are over out of town. To pass message to you.
