We have a lot of faith in Dr Park and travel a long was to have him do our colonoscopies. I will not ding Dr Park because he is a great doctor. But I do dislike his billing department for requiring an up front payment which is always the wrong amount and you have to call them multiple times to get it back . Then, they want to mail you a check rather than give you a refund to your CC or HSA card to keep your money as long as possible. Maybe others don't pay their bills but I do so quickly and I don't appreciate this round about treatment, especially since I am a returning patient.
