It’s not often that you come across a medical office that genuinely tries to improve the quality of life of patients in the most expedient way— Our experience with Dr. Powell and his exceptional staff has been great. My son suffered a severe case of acne and Dr Powell didn’t waste our time nor money using useless products. Being the professional and knowledgeable doctor that he is, he listened to our concerns, examined him carefully and went to the rooot of the problem with the appropriate treatment. The office environment itself is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I think a lot of thought has gone into creating a space where patients feel relaxed. The staff was superb accommodating out schedule being out town and not waiting to miss school. They also were very efficient ordering medicine, and knowledgeable about insurance. Dr Powell took the time to clearly explain how the treatment worked and sure enough, my son is 100% better and has regained his confidence, and is happier.
