LIERS, Evil and up to no good. Don't sign anything before you read Dr.Dynof reports and make sure it matches the statement you gave before signing anything electronic or non, this Doctor report lies, random informations and send them to judges make his patient look bad. Him and his entitled staff lied to me and to Judges, playing in Liberty Mutual Insurance favor. I Don't recommend this Doctor to anyone suffer from injury related to working at UPS... READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING THIS DOCTOR.
