I have to cancel my treatment appointment since I found out i pregnant prior to my appointment last month. I called in two days before my appointment and left a voicemail to cancel my appointment since there was no one answering. I sent an follow up email later and never got response. I didn’t received any phone calls or message from them until today, they sent me an $3000 bill with category “ injection”… I was so shocked as I didn’t start any service with them and how come they draft me this $3000 bill?
