I have also experienced the same treatment from Dr McNichols at Cape Coral VA clinic. Have had DRE done before, he is the worst. Does not listen or explain anything. Just wants to move to the next thing (Patients or procedure) I don't think he is keeping up with the latest procedures, tests, or information. If he did, then why doesn't he use them. Do not use this provider, I do not feel confident in this Doctor. I have private insurance and using an Urologist in the private sector now. Wanted to give the VA the benefit of treatment, all the other providers and experiences have been excellent.
