I recently went to CityMD to test for potential COVID symptoms. After processing as a walk-in, I was surprised by the short wait (10-15 mins)considering the room was packed. I conducted routine testing and was given the choice to wait it out for the rapid results or go home and wait for the results to populate in the web portal. I chose to wait, received the rapid results (negative) but was still concerned with my existing symptoms. Dr. Tottenham met me and was a breath of fresh air. I was absolutely miserable and Dr. Tottenham couldn't have been more pleasant, kind, selfless, and considerate. She inspired me with her positive attitude, and genuine selfless care. Not only did Dr. Tottenham provide me with a brief psychoeducation on appropriate ways to get better, she also provided reassurances of what steps I can take to improve my existing symptoms. Here I am 2 days later and already back at work in the swing of things. I'm truly grateful for the experience with Dr. Tottenham!

Dr. Tottenham was very rude, did not listen to my concerns or health symptoms & seemed to be annoyed to be there, although the office was empty. She spoke over me, was abrupt & had an attitude. I do not recommend seeing this Dr in Farmingville or Rocky Point- City Md. Proper respect & bedside manner is a must.

I just had a great experience with her. She has such a wonderful bedside manner. She did not rush me and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience considering that I hate to go to the doctor. If I could give her 6 stars I would.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. Worse experience. Do not see her. I pray she loses her license.
