Patient Reviews
Jul 13, 2021
Had the most unfortunate experience with this office. I have three children, two with special needs, including an infant. Our insurance website listed the office as accepting new patients and we were told the same by the secretary when we called to register as patients. After our information was taken, including that our children have a rare metabolic disorder, we received another phone call back from a different secretary telling us that Dr. Spaight had decided that there was "no room at the practice" for any of our children. When I explained my confusion she told me that she "didn't know why [I] would think we would automatically become patients." When I asked that Dr. Spaight call me back to help me understand what I feel is a discriminatory decision the secretary told me the doctor would get back to me "if she [felt] like it." Extremely rude, unprofessional and disappointing.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
