After waiting 4 months for an appointment I arrived 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. When I arrived at the office, took the elevator to the 3rd floor I went to open the door to find it locked with a note that said to wait in my car and call.I called and was told to sit in the hall. 15 minutes later a woman appeared with paperwork on a clipboard. 30 minutes past that she came back to the door to allow me to sit in the waiting room and not in a hallway. The office had no TV, no magazines. I sat another 30 minutes. Now an hour past appointment time. When I asked I was told it would be another hour before I got in AND they couldn’t do the test they had planned?!? And i’d be waiting 2 hours. Not once did the staff inform me of the expected wait. This was an 8:30am appt so no reason to be backed up that early. I asked to reschedule as I had to work and was told it would be 3 months. Some advice skip and schedule with a doctor that values your time.
