I agree with the other reviewer here. Dr. Ort is rude and abrasive. She doesn’t interact as though she ought to provide care. She called us to deliver hard news and went straight to the point in a way that was impersonal and cold. She did so right away. She did not even spend a minute for pleasantries. The second interaction we had with her was in person and she spent the entire time talking at us as though we were incompetent nincompoops. And when I asked her to stop talking at us that way she doubled down and shrugged and sighed as though she had the right to be rude. She is not a doctor that cares. She is cold, rude and abrasive.
