Horrible experience. Was referred by my primary physician for follow-up after rear end car accident and whiplash. Duplicated shoulder and neck xrays even after I told staff x-rays were done a week before. Dr S-P did NOT read my chart before she entered the room. Rude, arrogant and pretentious. Did not introduce herself, nor ask any background why I was there. Simply said the x-rays indicated severe arthritis which was cause of my chronic pain. Wait, what? I was not in pain. Just did not have range of motion and wanted advice on going back to strength training. Dr. S-P needs to attend a class in social etiquette and how to prepare for a patient visit. Will never recommend her to anyone for anything. And quit my primary physician for referring me to her.
