Dr. Schroter demonstrated a lack of concern and follow through for my friend’s care to the degree of irresponsibility and neglect. When asked why she didnt respond to numerous phone messages to get a prescription called to the pharm on time, she and her one person staff became belligerent and defensive with no apology but to say she had other personal issues going on. She had no back-up physician on call and when she had not responded, my friend ended up in the emergency room at the hospital.
