I was told that “Deepika” means “bringer of light” in Hindi. That is a beautiful description of Dr. Chona. She brings light wherever she goes. In my hospital bed, she brightened the room every time she came through the door. In subsequent visits, she has treated me with the warmth of a family member. I will continue to bet my life on Dr Chona.
