Absolutely unethical. Went for tooth cleaning services. Initially it was planned for regular cleaning during the visit and scheduled an appointment for the regular cleaning after a week and the receptionist confirmed that my insurance will cover 100%. On the scheduled date, right after applying the anesthesia, she wanted to perform deep cleaning for which she was charging $150 out of pocket!!!
