The doctors office did not honor or respect our time as they were almost an hour late to get us seen by the doctor for our appointment we made ahead of time. Once the consultation started, they were not prepared at all. They did not have our dental records or x-rays from either our dentist or orthodontist. After asking them to do their due diligence, they scrambled to get the information that they should have had prior to our appointment. They never received the x-rays during our consultation and ended up just looked at the patents mouth. Once the consultation concluded, we were charge a bill of $145.00. That fee was never disclosed or discussed with us until the very end of the the visit. After expressing our displeasure with the service and experience we received, we were informed that "the doctor does not discount their services". I later shopped around and found that other Periodontics, with much better reviews, in the area charge much less for the same services.

Dr. Gay is the best... expert in her field, makes patient at ease, fully explains diagnosis and treatment plan, follow-up care is excellent. And a pleasant personality. Office is spotless. Support staff great, too.
