I have been seeing Dr. Dietz for almost 10 years now. She is fantastic. However, I recently received a letter, dated LAST YEAR, 2020, that she was leaving the practice. No information as to where she went/was going. I cannot find where she went. I need to see a cardiologist ASAP as my medication has stopped working, and I cannot be seen by another doctor until the end of July, 2021! The receptionist also mentioned other doctor(s) were leaving the practice, which this makes me believe maybe I should as well, because I don't know if I will survive to my next appointment.
