First time visit to this practice. I checked in and after a wait I went to a room and met Dr. Heath and his associate. Forgive me I forgot her name. I thought I would see only Dr. Jerdan but I was wrong. I admit I was pressed for time so I wasn't in a great mood. What's more, I didn't think any of them would tell me anything new. Both Dr. Heath and his compatriot were competent and professional. To be direct, I thought the entire appt would be a waste of time. I've seen top experts before and got no joy. I have believed for over 10 years that I had an AI disease. Finally, in comes Dr. Jerdan who saw my labs. This man basically read my MIND! He, without me asking, explained to me that I DIDNT Have an AI disease. No other Rheumy had EVER done that. Dr. Jerdan explained to me step by step, how I was fine. I'm kind of still in shock. He was intuitive, informative and to the point. That appt has given me Freedom from worry. Glad I was wrong. THANK YOU DR. JERDAN!!God Bless You.
