High blood pressure caused me to be taken by ambulance to Loudoun INOVA where Dr. Bernier was my attending physician. Dr. Bernier so intimidated me that I requested a chaperone. Being alone with him made me uncomfortable. Even when Dr. Bernier was outside my ER room; I could hear his loud voice at the ER nurse's station just as he was loud and aggressive with me. After my recovery, I met for an hour with his boss who is Dr. Edward Puccio. Dr. Puccio was so disturbed by misconduct that I reported that Dr. Puccio refunded the cost of my ER visit.
