Dr. Cesar has been my urologist for 45 years and I appreciate the fact that he gets right down to the task at hand.Small talk and niceties waste Everyone's time. 30 years ago, I was fortunate to catch the doc before he left for South America. He takes advantage of annual vacation time to provide desperately needed medical care to the people. He managed to squeeze me in at his office for emergency surgery. A monster stone had cut off my ability to pee. Just like the previous patient reviews He also saved my life. All that and enough time to get to his vacation destination!
