Worst experience I ever had with a doctor! My grandson went to his first appointment, that last less than 2mins. Dr Taggard just referred him out without even looking at his back or asking him questions about where his pain is. The referral Dr took the time to look at him explained, says it’s a back nerve issue, so referred him back to Dr Taggard. I, his grandma went with him to this second appointment. Dr walks in, no introduction to me. As soon as I ask a question he responded I not going to argue with you. I was confused because I was just asking a question, even explained to Dr Taggard I just wanted him to explain what the MRI paper said. I tried to show him the paper and a picture of the nerve. Then he said “ I know my job” and didn’t want to see the paper. Dr Taggard is referring my grandson out again??? Rudely said, he didn’t know what it is? Maybe he was upset because the referral Drsent is back to him? I don’t know! I understand if it’s not his issue, but as in a medical field he has no empathy for his patients. The assistant was so empathetic, took more time to listen than Dr Taggard. I’m still baffled about what happened. Would never want this to happen to anyone else in pain. If your app had a zero, I would give Dr Taggard a zero!
