Dr Reid and Vanessa were absolutely wonderful! They both were as gentle as they could be given the fact I was getting an EMG. In my opinion this is the only place I would go if I ever need another EMG.

Thankfully I decided to see Dr. Reid and not take into account any of the other reviews. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Arianna completed my check in and she was friendly and personable. Dr. Reid I thought was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. I quickly became comfortable sharing some of the things that brought me to her. She took her time, answered all me questions and provided valuable feedback. She is definitely a caring and compassionate doctor. Ordered several tests, explained why they were ordered and completed her exam. Very happy I found this doctor as I did not have a neurologist and needed to address certain issues I was experiencing.

Went for abnormal imaging and multiple other concerns. Although some of those concerns may have not been her specialty she was dismissive in regards to it. She also stated her profession didn’t treat a particular diagnosis when they do, hence why I went to her. She gave a basic reason for my abnormal imaging. When asked why she thought that she couldn’t give me an explanation. Said the radiologist didn’t present it that way. Stated it was not her top concerns. When asked what her concerns were she stated “I’m not going to tell you”. Told me my symptoms “weren’t too bad”. In her notes she specified me not having issues with things I specifically said I was having. With me having medical background I was able to get additional imaging ordered but I will not be returning and would not recommend to your average person who trusts the doctor is going to advocate for them. Although I’mHoping her professional opinion is correct she was not helpful or eager to direct me.

I found Dr. Reid to be very friendly and thorough. We had a great conversation and very confident in speaking with Dr. Reid as well versed in the field. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Reid being very comfortable with no only her as a doctor but also her staff who I found to be very accomodating.
