Great experience with Dr Mangalat. Horrible encounter with the phone receptionist. So simple to see she hates her job. Sharp and crude social skills. 2 weeks ago refused to make the CT referral. I did it myself. Called today for the results and told “we don’t do CT Scans”. Refused to leave a call back request for Dr Mangalat. As soon as I made the appointment she hung up on me. Actually hung up on me. I’d never recommend this office due to the curt and rude point of contact. Dr was really great. Explained everything. Asked for any questions. I hope my phone conversations were recorded and reviewed.
