Dr P is very knowledgeable, polite and overall a very very nice person. I called today as soon as office opened. Explained that I was a patient and was up all night with severe ear pain and swollen behind my ear (which could be life threatening if not treated). Clerk offered the 8:30 appt and placed me on hold. I started driving since it was already 8:05am. Someone else answered the call and told me that I had a balance of 21.00 which I had no idea since I received a clock from their office for 30.00 reimbursement a couple of months ago….i explained this and told them that it wouldn’t be a problem and as soon as I arrived I would settle that. I was told that they couldn’t give me an appointment unless I pay it prior to booking the appointment. I was driving on BRP and I couldn’t reach out to my wallet. Clerk replied oh well I’m sorry… I’m so upset right now . Sitting waiting to be seen at a different ent!!!

My appointment with Dr. Panigrahi did not go well at all. I’ve been seeing an ENT for ear issues since I was little, so I know what is/isn’t good for my ears. He did not listen to me and even shushed me at one point to talk to his nurse. I also tried to give him some of my history but he didn’t pay attention and didn’t follow my previous ENT’s advice on how to clean my ears. Because he didn’t listen, I am now at risk of an ear infection, and my ears feel worse than before. I will not be going back. Do not see him if you don’t want to be ignored.
