Dr Pillay and his staffs are horrible. Staffs are unbelievably rude and impolite! They rarely answer their phone and never return any messages left. After you have lab work done there is no follow up even if there are serious, life threatening health issues revealed in the tests! I’ve called them for 4 months after I received my lab results (that were sent to the doctor too) asking for referrals. they didn’t answer the phone and if they rarely picked up the phone, they got my info and said they would call me back and they never did despite my beggings for my serious health concerns !!! After 4 months trying, they said they couldn’t give me the referrals because I had seen dr Pillay 5 months ago so I had to see him again! And they said the first available appointment would be 4 months later! This is while my test results showed cysts that were most probably cancerous in my breasts, hypothyroidism (my thyroid gland is getting bigger and bigger and I have severe symptoms), and premature menopause!! Even with all these serious issues they didn’t n’t care! Even people’s LIVES are not important to them!! It’s unbelievable! I change my prime doctor and wrote this review to make others aware of what they will go through with this doctor! If you care about your health, never ever go to this so called doctor!
