Terrible visit initially. Provided incorrect insurance estimate, did not have the insurance included even though it was provided. Medical records were not up to date prior to visit. Medical records were not transferred prior to visit. No one attempted to get the records or tell me they needed something from me to get them. Indicating they did not think the medical records were important to have for my visit. Also several people that had the same issue when I told them what happened so not isolated by seems to be mode of operation. Nurse would not answer the question as to why my records were not reviewed, did not respond to direct questions and was rushing to get her work done. So much so that my blood pressure went way up and had to be redone and when redone was still not normal and was still recorded but in error. I was able to go through a list of medical items before leaving but definitely was rushed to get through it. Not good to rush health issue communications.
