After reading a couple bum reviews, I was nervous about my first experiences with Dr. Patel. He was so nice and approachable and not intimidating at all. He listened to me and gave some advice and suggestions. I did not feel judged. Additionally, when I had some questions and concerns about my treatment, he made the adjustments I requested. Finally, after our visit, I sent him a message with some more questions and requests, and he got back to me within and hour and made the adjustments needed.
