Very disappointed with diana and her office. I was taken by surprise about my daughters appointment to see her. I called and expected empathy that i just wanted to know about my own daughters appointment for that same day. My daughters father didnt tell me where or for what it was for. The staff was very cold with me, didnt understand no matter how much i explained what the situation was. I asked for diana to call me back because i do know her personally and i said it was urgent so that i could explain the situation. She chose to ignore calling me back. Im very upset with the behavior of her and her staff. The least i shouldve recieved is understanding and maybe a little empathy considering this is a pediatric office. Along with this they didnt even request her medical records from the previous regular pcp my daughter had seen previous. Im so upset about this i have discontinued care there.
Dr. Dutra failed to follow orders that were to be done regularly. When asked about them we were denied these labs for three weeks. She refused to give much needed referrals. She misdiagnosed both of my daughters for three years. She doesn't listen to you and she obviously doesn't care. This woman shouldn't be a Dr. when she is failing people over and over again.
