They don’t answer the phone during business hours or return calls. On the rare occasions calls were returned you’ll most likely speak to the office managers spokesperson of the day even though she’s in the background telling them how to respond. I signed a release for my records a year ago and still haven’t received them. They consistently do not follow up sending info requested by insurance to approve claims or procedures. They tried to charge me cancellation fees for appointments they rescheduled. There’s much more.
