Are 0 stars allowed? He was my mother’s PCP for a while and although he’s a very sweet Dr, his staff is the worse I have seen in all my years of working in the medical field. They are a medical office that mostly deal with elderly patients. There is no compasión for the ill. Everyone in that administrative office clearly hate their job. They are upset from the onset of every call. They hang up on their patients, put them on hold while in mid sentence. Tenille specifically acts like a 5 year old child in the middle of a tantrum. I’ve never experienced such disrespect especially from a doctor’s office. Their referral coordinator is unprofessional and has takes no pride or responsibility for her work. She loves to answer any question with ‘I already did that. I don’t know what else to tell you’. All of the noted was experienced from day 1 , but I tried giving them a chance because I thought the provider was worth it. It’s not! *I hope I can save at least one person from such disrespect and lack of caring. You or your loved one deserve an office that follows up and takes pride is good health care!*
