I have been dealing with for a few years now and been wasting time getting a run around since not being " approved for", which i was told would be a simple approval from my provider, it was not. In addition, it wasn't even for the procedure I went for. Mine was for Gerd and for another major issue. Now, it seems ive just been forgot about. Made several calls and get several run around from Dr Weerasinghe office and staff, always being put off and am forced now to see it through since I have put so much effort and wasted time jumping through hoops he has told me things needed to be done 1st to get this one single operation. I would have liked to say good things and maybe I will once they see something thru but they've literally done nothing since I'm not getting their big money making operation performed. So we shall see. I know the last several months I've frequently called and the scheduler for surgery has called me 1 x and left a vm sadly because I missed the call. Calling and leaving endless messages weekly. Here we are months later with no scheduled appt, now going into new year. I mistakenly overheard someone else complaining on the same exact Dr office and as to why I finally decided to speak up and leave the review because it's absolutely rotten for people who suffer and need to get things done and they act as if no big deal.
