DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a healthcare professional. First and foremost, I want to emphasize the severity of my health matter and the urgency with which I sought assistance. After undergoing extensive and costly testing, I was informed that approval from my primary doctor was required before I could receive the urgent care I desperately needed. Although the communication and approval from my primary care physician took approximately 20 minutes, I then encountered significant difficulty in attempting to reach Dr. Began and her office over the course of the next four days to proceed with the important next steps in my treatment. Despite making numerous calls, I have yet to receive a response or the necessary medication to address my urgent health matter. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT PATIENTS!
