Dr. Fiorenza was very nice and helpful, and the office staff were also kind and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience with very little waiting. Scheduling the appointment with the automated machine was a nightmare, Adantagecare physicians seems like a horrible company to deal with but that's not Dr. Fiorenza's fault. I booked online for my second appointment (not a new patient) and it was much better.
