My daughter started treatment with him 14 years ago and the treatment plan included headgear to correct jaw growth. He NEVER started this, although I asked every single visit.She has complicated oral problems that couldn’t be solved with braces only.When we left the area after almost eight years of treatment, she still had her braces on.She subsequent has gone an additional six years of braces and oral surgery. Because of his failure to use headgear, I am sitting at the surgeon’s office where she is having $27,000 for Orthognathic surgery to correct the jaw problems Dr. J failed to proactively address as promised when she was young.Her treatment is not close to being done after this, and I have paid over $30,000 in orthodontic care. Terrible and negligent orthodontist who has caused our family tremendous pain and suffering, not including huge financial cost.
