I had an appointment made months ago. I confirmed the day before. The morning of the appointment they called and told me that I would have to change my time because it was made during the dentists lunch hour. I told him I couldn’t because I was working until noon. They told me to leave work earlier. I advised them that that was leaving work earlier. They told me if I couldn’t get there by 11:45 they would have to reschedule my appointment. Again I had this appointment for months and I had confirmed the day before. I told him to throw my file in the trash
