Dr Fox is not a bad doctor. She is knowledgeable and available. My kids have been going to her for almost 10 years. The issue I have with her is that she is a mother hen and thinks she knows better even if you tell her something you know to be true. If she doesn't like something you've told her, she will get staunch and try to tell you how things are according to her. She's flat out called me a liar before, she's denied referrals to urgent care when we needed to go which caused me to pay hundreds out of pocket, and she's refused a referral to a specialist that my child needed, etc. I get that she has been doing what she has been doing for a long time, but she needs to understand that not everything is written in gold from what she says. Sometimes the parent is right.
