Unfortunately, after waiting two weeks for my appointment with Dr. Dronet I never got to see him. The office manager was extremely rude. All this dental office cares about is taking your money, they don’t care about patient care and safety. I explained that my tooth chipped and I have a cavity and needed a treatment. I also explained that I have full mouth x-rays that are only two weeks old. However, they wanted me to pay out of pocket for new x-rays which was unreasonable and unnecessary. When I refused, they said that I can’t see the dentist. This is unacceptable and outrageous! As a patient, I have the right not to consent to radiation when I just had x-rays two weeks ago. As a customer, have the right not to pay for service that is unnecessary. I was denied dental care because I exercised basic rights. This is totally unacceptable.

He is a terrible dentist. Can't extract teeth or provide crowns that last more than a year.
