I switched doctors and chose Dr. Dhakal based on her education and reviews on my healthcare provider's website. The location was also extremely convenient but that was not a major deciding factor. Although Dr. Dhakal has only been a physician for a relatively short few years, the fact that she went to some of the most outstanding colleges and medical schools was a big factor. At the same time, doing her training and starting medical work during the first outbreak of Covid-19, I felt provided the experiences of being a physician for at least 10 years. The visit was excellent. She was extremely professional but at the same time listened to me and addressed my medical need. I was surprised to see that she was still accepting new patients. I heard she was fully booked up and that is no surprise to me. She is a medical treasure. I was also impressed with the office staff. Very professional and pleasant and I was seen very promptly.
