I was recommended to Dr. Keel and was excited to go in. All my questions were met with 1 word responses and minimal explanation of what he was doing. Prescribed me something in 1 minute without talking about what it was or if it was really necessary. I had 3 spots in need of steroid injection to help the spot go away and I pointed them out and Dr. Keel missed the injection spot on my cheek and just injected somewhere else on my cheek. My experience was already negative but that made it far worse. The appointment itself lasted maybe 10 mins and the majority of my conversation was with his lovely NP or PA. I don't understand how the people who recommended me could've had a great experience and this was mine. I am a younger asian woman and the recommendations came from older white women who may have been visibly wealthier than myself, but we had VASTLY different experiences with Dr. Keel. I'm very disappointed and I will not be returning
