Let me preface this with the fact I’ve had many major surgeries. I cannot tell you what a positive experience it was to have surgery by Dr Politz and his team. From the very first contact via telemedicine with Dr Politz I knew I was dealing with a top notch surgeon who cared deeply about his patients to ensure a favorable outcome. He took the time to answer all of my questions prior to surgery and thoroughly explained the process. Everyone made me feel like I was the only patient they had that day and were extremely professional, courteous and informative. Dr. Politz seemed to have one goal and that was putting the patient first. This is what you absolutely need at your worst medical moment. It felt like I was embraced with a warm hug from start to finish.
