Patient Reviews

Horrible experience. Failed partial knee replacement that resulted in asking to be referred to another practice for repair surgery and replacement with a total knee revision. Despite second surgeons best efforts knee will never be 100%. It was made worse by the fact that his office staff was very poorly trained and very slack when it came to scheduling tests or procedures and responding to patient concerns or complications. Went almost 4 weeks with a broken tibia under the implant before they finally believed me and let me come in for an X-ray. The tibia was broken and the lower implant had slipped down causing severe pain for weeks and prompting a bone repair with a total knee revision surgery 7 weeks after partial replacement. Since I didn’t fall or cause the break we can only assume it was due to surgeon error. Never went back to this practice after 2nd surgery.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Ratner for roughly a year. He has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I hurt myself playing sports, he was the first Doctor in mind. We quickly set an appointment and he took a look at my foot. After treatment, I have never felt any better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ratner!
