I cannot speak to the care but rather the bedside manner...After multiple er visits my daughter was sent to him by her primary who is still a pediatrician (sees patients over 18 while in college) He made it very clear that he did not want to see her due to her age and that he will be mailing a monitor to wear but would not be seeing her in office, he will do a telemed appt to discuss when results available. We did make an appointment with an adult cardiologist 1st and kept the appt in case she needed to establish care going forward but her Dr highly recommended that we don't wait that long and to see him. May be a great Dr, we will not know but to make a pt feel embarrassed for going to him at her age even though it was her dr that insisted she go is unacceptable behavior for a medical professional. He actually laughed at one of her concerns. Drs like this is why so many people don't go when they should. Great bedside manner, hopefully nicer when parents are in the room!
