I have called on several Dr Rays office on several occasions before my surgery and no awnser. When I brought this to his attention he was on the defense instead of rectifying the problem. The guy in the office who suppose to be the office manager is very short with me and told me to just email the proof to him like he was angry, which I see no need to communicate with him at all anymore. I had Surgery on July 18 2024, and called to let Dr Ray know that the medicin was not helping with the surgery pain. The guy in the office with his inconsiderate self not 1 time asked me how are you feeling after Surgery? Again this guy is very short and rude in his conversations to me. I like Dr Ray but will most likely be finding me another Dr due to the staff who is definitely a reflection of Dr Ray. I will not have any dealings with this office Manager and hope that if anyone choose to use this surgeon you have to have tough skin for this office manager rudeness. I have no patience for him.
