My experience with Dr. Duy was one of the worst. Ive had in a medical setting. I always felt comfortable with male providers, but this was different. I felt completely dismissed, talked over, and emotionally disregarded. His comments and tone came across as cold and condescending, like my concerns weren't worth his time. There was no effort to connect or show care, and when it was clear he caused harm he showed no remorse or concern for the impact he was having. It honestly felt like I didnt matter. That kind of indifference doesn't belong in healthcare. People come in vulnerable and deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy. I left feeling hurt and disrespected and its had a severe traumatic impact.
