Patient Reviews
Sep 15, 2022
I’d finally found the time, motivation and energy to see a doctor and hopefully get some meds to make my life more liveable. I checked in, the receptionist then said “have a good day” and left the office (uhhh?). I sat there for a hour without being acknowledged at all. The office seemed empty except for me and someone I could hear speaking in the back. I finally left because I didn’t know what else to do. Such a disappointing experience. People involved in mental health really shouldn’t do things that will completely derail someone’s effort to finally find help. I know myself and I won’t seek out another provider for probably years. Thanks for the privilege of paying to park so I could sit and be ignored for an hour.
