I first met Dr. McNabb when he was fresh out of school and was very impressed with him. But his life seemed to come apart. His office was run like a Chinese fire drill. I didn't get surgical prep instructions until I was lying on a gurney waiting for the OR to be freed up. If he needed a scalpel to cut the stitches loose he'd rummage in a drawer and I don't know if the instrument were sterile or not, and he missed one stitch, which I later got wet, not knowing it was there. He had me use a walker, useless for my procedure---crutches were the proper aid. A loose cannon, he has closed his Keizer office and may still be practicing in McMinnville, legally or not. Read the document describing the disciplinary action.
