Front Office: no communication skills, they actually get angry when you try to talk with them. Do not pass on messages for prescription refills. They would rate a zero against any other doctors office I have ever experienced in any country! Doctors: They work on some weird principle that they are OK with not refilling prescriptions they write in a timely manner, this creates harm and stress for the patient. Are doctors not taking an oath of do no harm ? There is no coverage for patients when the doctors (married) go on vacation, get sick or just decide they are going to take a few days off. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business.
