I have to see him as he is only Psychiatrist at the Cleveland, WI VA. I am transgender and he constantly misgenders me in person and in medical records. He dismisses my ADHD struggles and Executive Function disorders. Refuses to sign paperwork for my employer about the Executive Function Disorder saying that it will get me fired and he is only "Trying to help". He does the very minimum required by the VA to meet "patient care" requirements.
