My name is Felicia L McMillian. I had been a patient of Dr Harvey since 2008. Since he left Biloxi a few years ago not only the psychiatric department has lost all reason but the whole VAMC in Biloxi MS. Patients are suffering due to the majority of staff dispassionate and apathetic care and attitudes. Dr Harvey I heard that you were returning to the area. I know longer get my healthcare at the VAMC I do so in the community at VAMC expense, I would be so grateful to schedule a visit with you. My condition has greatly improved but with all mental health issues continued treatment is the key. I would love to know what you have learned in your dream job that would be helpful to me. May God bless and keep you and your family always Edward, you are sorely missed.
